Her vision was straightforward: build a retirement plan centered around lifetime income so one day they can retire with confidence. In 2024, Dr. Aw decided it was time to re-evaluate NAFSA’s service providers. With the help of Philip Chao, they were determined to find an organization that offered plan administration, advanced technology, and product and solution offerings. After a thorough search, they realized going back to TIAA was the best option for NAFSA. Not because of their previous history, but because of the seamless integration, lifetime income, and recordkeeping.
